The war in Ukraine has highlighted how vulnerable society is to attacks on its critical infrastructure. How can we improve resilience and strengthen the water and wastewater sector? What is the contingency plan if the water and sewer networks are knocked out? How can we continue to operate the water and wastewater infrastructure even when the power grid is down?
