Today, trenchless techniques are frequently used, as the advantages of these methods are becoming increasingly relevant. For residents of a community, for example, there is a significant difference between the impact a small, cordoned-off excavation has on daily life and that of a street that has been completely dug up or a neighborhood that has been cordoned off.
Both the renewal and new construction of utility networks can be carried out using trenchless technology, which reduces emissions, resource consumption, and disruptions to infrastructure and the community. In addition, there are also economic benefits. These are significant factors if we are to achieve the planned and necessary pace of renewal for today’s utility networks.
