Stand space base rate: SEK 1,925/sqm (various stand sizes available)
Starter Package: SEK 8,500
The Starter Package includes:
- Registration Fee
- Digital Company Profile
- Stockholmsmässan’s Group Insurance for Exhibitors
- Complimentary Exhibitor Passes and Visitor Invitations
- Electric Outlet (1, 220V/10A)
- Pre-Day 1 Stand Cleaning (vacuuming)
- Handling of Goods and Packaging Materials (read terms here)
- LeadMate Licence (single user)
- Environmental fee
(All prices exclude VAT)
Co-exhibitor Fee SEK 5,095 (excl. VAT)
If you wish to exhibit together with another company, a co-exhibitor fee applies. As a co-exhibitor, you receive the same services and are promoted in the same way as the Main Exhibitor. Please note that it is you as the co-exhibitor who must register your application, not the main exhibitor.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Stand space may be cancelled without charge within 10 days of the order confirmation date. After this period, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
100% of the Entry Fee Starter Package and 50% of the Stand Rent from March 1, 2025.
100% of the Entry Fee Starter Package and 75% of the Stand Rent from October 1, 2025.
100% of the Entry Fee Starter Package and 100% of the Stand Rent from March 1, 2026.
Goods and Empty Packaging Handling (Starter Package)
For shipments over 1,000 kg or 4 m³, advance booking is required no later than four business days before arrival. (Unscheduled unloading/loading will be charged. Special agreements may apply for heavy lifts)
