Starter Package: SEK 8,500
The Starter Package includes:

- Complimentary Exhibitor Passes and Visitor Invitations
- Electric Outlet (1, 220V/10A)
- Pre-Day 1 Stand Cleaning (vacuuming)
- Handling of Goods and Packaging Materials (read the terms here)
- LeadMate Licence (single user)
- Environmental fee

Added value and discounts
Secure the current price of SEK 1,925 per sqm before 30 September 2026.
After this date, the price will increase by 6% to SEK 2,040 per sqm.
Co-exhibitor Fee SEK 5,095 (excl. VAT)
If you wish to exhibit together with another company, a co-exhibitor fee applies. As a co-exhibitor, you receive the same services and are promoted in the same way as the Main Exhibitor. Please note that it is you as the co-exhibitor who must register your application, not the main exhibitor.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation within 10 days of the order confirmation date.
- Up to and including 28 February 2027: 100% of the registration package fee, 0% of the stand rental fee.
- From 1 March 2027: 100% of the registration package fee, 50% of the stand rental fee.
- From 1 October 2027: 100% of the registration package fee, 75% of the stand rental fee.
- From 1 March 2028: 100% of the registration package fee, 100% of the stand rental fee.
Goods and Empty Packaging Handling (Starter Package)
For shipments over 1,000 kg or 4 m³, advance booking is required no later than four business days before arrival. (Unscheduled unloading/loading will be charged. Special agreements may apply for heavy lifts)
